New Capital Seafood Restaurant (半島海鮮酒家) in San Gabriel
A great seafood restaurant inside a Chinese shopping center in San Gabriel area. We ordered the Alaska Crab cooked in garlic soup base, that's delicious but it did take almost 45 minutes to get the dish.
(21-Nov-2010) Food wasn't great. Ordered 4 lbs lobster (99 cent for lb) but it didn't look anything like 4 lbs. Beef dish, some were cooked, some weren't fully cooked. Service was poor, staff were eating next to our table round about 9:30pm. We asked for manager regarding to the lobster issue, but s/he was nowhere to be seen. Ended up not tipping them at all. Won't return to that restaurant for sure!
